RatchetSoft has created and maintains an appspace for Microsoft Outlook version 2003. Although Outlook is highly customizable, it is our experience that most users do not alter the base Contact screen so it’s quite possible this appspace will work in your environment without modification. If not, this appspace will serve as a good starting point getting you 80% to where you need to be.
