Need Proof?
Because Ratchet-X has so many flexible and diverse uses, we realize that it can be a challenge to decide the best or first place to deploy it. In addition to the video demos and content links on this site, we have helped clients to do this in several other ways:
Online Demos
You can arrange for a personalized WebEx demo for your company with one of our team. The advantage of this option is that it is interactive and allows you to ask questions and have them answered in real time.
Custom Demos
A custom demo goes one step further. In this option, we work with you to create a sample “Process Scenario” that targets a process you would like to integrate, along with the systems, application(s) and data associated with it. This option involves three (3) basic steps:
- Define an integration scenario you'd like to improve (something you'd like to automate but have been unable to). Describe the process at a high level (flow charts; bullets; etc.).
- Provide a sample and/or link to each of the data sources required to perform the integration (e.g. a spreadsheets, database, URL to a web site, etc.)
- Provide a description of the data mapping, including any transformations (reformatting, look-ups, etc.) that need to occur to synchronize the data as it goes from its source to destination.
Proof of Concept
Clients who have a serious interest in Ratchet-X or a new way to deploy it sometimes ask us to help assess the best initial application targets for using it. When appropriate, we have done this by conducting a proof-of-concept or proof-of-performance process with the client.
These efforts are not only useful for demonstrating the power of Ratchet-X. They can also be helpful for establishing an implementation model for readily identifying Ratchet-X integration opportunities across a broad range of functions and processes in a company. And remember: because of how Ratchet-X is priced, the more applications for which it is used, the greater the productivity and the higher the ROI.
