In order to use the Ratchet-X plug-ins powered by StrikeIron web services, you will need to sign up for a StrikeIron account. To register for a StrikeIron account, click here. Once you complete the registration form, you will be sent a confirmation email which will require you to click an embedded link to complete the registration process.

Once you’ve completed the registration process, you will be allocated a number of trial “hits” for each of the services that power the plug-ins. The number of trial hits allocated is dependent upon the service. The trial hits allocation is as follows:

If you want to continue to use these plug-ins after you’ve exhausted your trial hits for the underlying web services, you will need to purchase additional sets of hits directly from StrikeIron.
